A bike-riding, tree-hugging, science-fetishizing, globe-trotting linux geek from Philadelphia (but crushing hard on Berlin). Opinions my own, et cetera.
So that's why this orange monstrosity has captured hearts so thoroughly and across cultural lines. He's sweet, fierce, honest, and a little messed up. We can relate to that.
Or a cousin that you've posted bail for 20 times but everyone in the neighborhood loves him because he's always giving people food and cigarettes and shows up to a fight to defend a friend even if he knows he's going to get his ass handed to him.
@PatrickLeder @LetDemTweetCake Oh, nuh uh, don't you dare. The dick who did that was from Jersey. And I'm not even mad at Jersey because the Pine Barrens are amazing.
@krmaher Hi! In West Philly, I'm anecdotally noticing bangs of deeper pitch than I'm used to. I noticed realtor dot com added a noise level filter. I wonder if they have acoustic data? (Also, sorry for referring to you informally a moment ago. Mixed you up with a personal friend of mine.)
@BigOlGeek @SonofBaldwin In my area near 50th and Baltimore there's always lots of firecrackers this time of year, but this year a lot of them seem lower pitched. I'll start paying more attention to the timing.
Hey @MonstersCanRead, my kid is loving the game! But just looked up and said, "Why are there only kings and not queens?" Could we also have a choice of pronouns for the player's avatar? She, he, and they, please! :-)
@pennwynne @freesewing_org I'm avoiding elastic largely because I'm really worried about introducing the wildcard of latex allergies into an already bonkers situation. :-( And yeah, I think so far the rec is cotton or polycotton. I think institutions are getting close to publishing filtration data.
I'm going to prototype using double layers of woven cotton or polycotton blend, and double layers of cotton jersey. Both will withstand heat for sanitizing. Following advice to sew in ties, not elastic. Using @freesewing_org pattern. https://t.co/8ritKVxK1P #MillionMaskMayday
