The argument that we should be grateful for any pay when others have lost their jobs is like telling someone to cheer up because there is always someone worse off than you. That makes no sense. So we don’t deserve decent pay because others don’t have jobs? #nhs #nhspay

NHS are battered and bruised, many are saying they can’t carry on after the pandemic. NHS staff need:

💙 hot foot 24/7

💙 staffs room to rest

💙 free parking

💙 no further pay cuts
