I hate how my OCD goes crazy right when I'm about sleep, and especially on nights where I need to rest more. I have to be up in 6 hours, but I'm currently having an absolute freakout and am struggling so bad

The voice training one made me think how I always hear ma'am on the phone with my untrained voice, even pre-transition. It's irl that it's a 50/50 on whether they continue to say ma'am, or try to switch to sir lol
