@zsllondonzoo Yes thank you, the TEAM has finally done the right thing after I’ve had social media shame yourselves. It’s only taken over a month to get rectified! Hours of my time wasted having to ring and email yourselves. Costumer service in this case very poor!

@zsllondonzoo very disappointed with the customer service I’ve been receiving. Our Christmas present to go to the zoo, for us to find out, that your error has caused us to have 4 of our 7 (not 8) tickets invalid. Honour your mistake and issue our remaining 2.
