In a week my husband & I will have been married 50 years. Over the course of our marriage, we have lived in 4 countries, 5 states & have moved 20+ times. Our main desire & choice has been to go where Love for God would deepen us to serve with Him.

I join with Jesus in the victory that death has been defeated, the evil one has been overcome. Salvation has won!!!! Everything the Trinity set out to do has been accomplished and we are set free!!!The Heavens rejoice and I leap with gladness!

As I have sat before my Jesus thanking Him for the Passion and now the resurrection, I bow in the fact that His grace and love is enough. The joy that I feel, the sheer bliss of being United with him causes my heart to explode with joy.

I am with our TX family and my sweet hubby is with our Idaho family this year. We had a sunrise service outdoors amongst the vineyards. As the pastor said, “He is risen” and we answered, “He is risen indeed,” the sun came up among the trees. Magical and a promise of NEW!

Death is my surrender, the tomb is my faith in waiting, and resurrection day is my promise.

We have a tendency to rush from Good Friday to Easter morning. I have been instructed by THEM to pause, slow down and enter into, experience, grieve along with Mary Magdalene, Jesus’s mother Mary, John, and the others who love Jesus. 1/2

Sitting outside this sunny morning in Nashville TN. I will be wrapping up my speaking with 5 more the next few days. Taking a few months of sabbatical hoping to finish the book & hear from Heaven what He wants for next season of our lives! Resting, trusting & excited!

My story is just the background to the magnificence of the power of the life of Jesus! My only desire and choice are this, what will lead me to that deepening life - - Christ in me, the hope of glory. 3/3

As I see all things as gifts, my appreciation has allowed me to speak into many people's lives. Thanks to Jesus, they too are on their journey to wholeness. I must not center on my story for that will displace God and hinder my growth in representing His truth. 2/3

At this age of my life I know whiteout a shadow of doubt the goal of my life is to live with God forever. My Papa God who loves and gave me all of my life. Even what was meant for evil, my Papa God turned these into gifts. 1/3

May we hold ourselves in balance, not be bound by our limits or obligation. May we not fix our desire on health or sickness, abandonment/belonging, wealth/poverty, success/failure. May all this give the potential of calling forth in us a deeper response to our life in Christ.

May our only desire and our one choice be: I want, and I choose what better leads to the deepening of God's life in me.

All the things in this world are gifts from God, presented to us so that we can know Him more easily and make a return of love more readily.

The focus is to live with God forever. The one who loves us, gave us life. Our response of love allows God's life to flow into us without limit.

I am in southern Oregon @ a small women’s weekend. The Lord told me to come prepared in my heart but to leave my speaking notes at home & that He had this weekend planned. We finished 2 sessions, Wow! His presence descended on us, speaking to us His truth,
soaking in His love.

Anxiety, distraction & frustration with where He leads will come. Jesus understands. He gently reminds us to keep our focus on Him, choose daily to sit with Him. He is the better part of us. Love Him and stay in His presence. The joy is everlasting. "Come Lord Jesus Come!"

When Jesus calls us, we do not know where He will lead us. With total obedience, we go into all sorts of situations. In our weakness and need, we lean into our dependence on Jesus. He keeps inviting us to freely give from what has been given to us. “Come Lord Jesus, Come!!!”
