If you don't have presents for a friend, set a date in January to go have coffee as your treat. Also, late gifts are fine. A Christmas present in January is just as much a gift as one in December. Family and friends will understand.
Consumerism at Christmas makes me sad. If you can't afford gifts for everyone, don't buy them. If you're stressed, stop running to the store every day. Your family needs you present and happy. Your friends need you healthy. You need your sanity.
For kids: bake cookies, make hot chocolate on the stove, string popcorn, watch a movie, play a game, look at Christmas lights, read a Christmas book, paint ornaments, collect pinecones for decorating. That doesn't mean you can't do gifts, they're not everything though.
It never would have been possible to go back & remake my previous work, uncovering lost art & forgotten gems along the way if you hadn’t emboldened me. Red is about to be mine again, but it has always been ours. Now we begin again. Red (my version) is out

@lip1978@TyCardon @NBAonTNT Better yet, just don't put your kids in a car. Those things are death traps! I can't believe there are still people putting their kids at risk by driving them around in automobiles. 😤
