@donnydcf @globeandmail@CPHO_Canada It’s unfortunate that the govt didn’t prioritize testing (manufacturing etc) last year. If we’re going to live w/ this, testing will be a valuable tool. And agree - we should be questioning airport testing. Canada’s leaders continue to dismiss science, data or planning.
@SwitchHealthCA Have sent DM. Pls also stop telling customers you will look into their “situation”. You need to revisit your processes/communications and revisit how you speak to customers on social media.
@SwitchHealthCA I recd this text yesterday. When I called this a.m. to confirm delivery - was told it was en route. When I called this aft when it didn’t arrive - was told that I needed to request test/it wasn’t sent/text is not confirmation. This is terrible UX.
@TorontoPearson The customs room should also have maximum capacity. Why is this area exempt from safety measure that other businesses have to adhere to?
@TorontoPearson Here are a few tips: lines on floor to keep people 6ft apart in line ups, more staff and hand sanitizers, wipes for people to clean hands and/or clean ABC kiosk screens, automated # machine to direct traffic to the right customs desk vs staff running from one end to another.
@SwitchHealthCA thx for home kits we got at YYZ on Mon. Our 2 tests were delivered to you Tue before noon. Was interested to learn this aft that 1 test was scanned as rec’d and the other one wasn’t. Even more interesting - it could take a few days to receive results. Really?

The federal government screwed up vaccine acquisition, and the provinces screwed up vaccine application. Other than that, we’re doing great. #cdnpoli#coronavirus

Fair questions to ask to clearly understand what has changed since schools closed in March. The question is - can school boards manage to make the appropriate changes, based on their track record.
