@beyondreasdoubt So @bessbell's conclusion is not moronic at all! It actually points to a fascinating aspect of how our brains and bodies work: movement control is organized in a hierarchy. The goal of a motion usually affects the outcome more than what body parts are used to execute it.
@beyondreasdoubt This is a very cool phenomenon called motor equivalence! Handwriting is the same regardless of what body parts you use -- whether your wrist is fixed (like using a spray can) or even using your teeth. This is from the textbook "Principles of Neural Science" by Kandel et al.
