My MTN Fibre has had no internet since 24 May after installation.
The router shows a blinking red LOS light and there is no fibre signal. The subscription started counting 26 June while the Los keeps beeping red .HELP!.

@MTNNG @MTN180 My fibreX was installed 24th May 2026 and It has never worked .Please I need help and the Los has been showing red light ever since.Nobody has been sent to check on this since I have calling 217 .No help.What was meant to be a thing of joy,is now a huge pain .

Please escalate urgently to your fibre technical team.I am not happy

I’ve tried restarting the router but the issue persists.

Please escalate this urgently to your technical/fibre team.
