@O2 you are possibly the worst phone company out there, terrible service terrible customer service. I had a message saying my phone would be delivered today and nothing. The amount of hours i spent on the phone with you by now is ridiculous. Lies lies and more lies

I’ve spent hours on the phone to your customer service with no help. I ordered the iphone 16 on the 13th did not get delivered on the 20th as promised, i called to advise i wasn’t going to be in for 2 weeks the phone was sent out anyway so now i am having to wait even longer

@O2 your solution is for me to wait 5 days for it to be cancelled from my account and then have to call again to make another order that will take another 3 weeks…ridiculous, plus all the hours i spent on the phone with your customer service..
