LSU is holding a mock game day Saturday night in Tiger Stadium. This included a full walkthrough of the cheerleaders, band and team down Victory Hill.
I was told the scout team will be in Clemson uniforms, there will be pyrotechnics when the team runs out the tunnel — all of it.
Lane Kiffin continues to prove he is obsessed with every detail. This is unlike anything I’ve seen in 20 years covering the team.
This might be one of my favorite @LSUsports pictures of all time.
This shot with @realbenmcdonald hit straight to the heart 💜 That L forever means family, and that’s something Skip taught all of us.
Thankful that @scaglione_photo captured this so beautifully.
Concern yourselves more with the needs of others, with the needs of all humanity, and you'll have peace of mind. Selfishness creates a distance between us and other people, leading to suspicion and mistrust, ultimately resulting in loneliness. Think of others' well-being and you’ll be happy.
Dolly Parton never wanted us fighting over whether she was red or blue. She wanted us to ALL be Americans.
And she showed us what she believed in:
- Kids should have books.
- People struggling deserve help.
- Everyone deserves dignity.
- Success means giving something back.
- And kindness doesn't require a party affiliation.
Maybe the best way to honor Dolly to build a country that looks a little more like the one she spent her life trying to create:
Kinder. More generous. Less judgmental. And looking out for one another.
That feels like a pretty damn good direction for tomorrow.
Rest in peace, Dolly ❤️

We are deeply saddened by the passing of legendary @LSUbaseball head coach Skip Bertman.
Coach Bertman - a pioneer in the game of college baseball - was larger than life, and his impact on the sport will be felt for generations to come. We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family and friends.
Rest in peace, No. 1⃣5⃣.
Former LSU baseball coach and athletic director Skip Bertman has died at the age of 88, the school announced.
