@Bunnyaimee It’s toxic if every single meetup turns into a complaint/whining/emotional dumping session. Honestly it drains the energy out of me and makes me want to stop meeting or talking to them anymore. But I do feel bad and I struggle with trying to maintain the friendship
Sometimes I don’t know what to do when a friend complains to me. I tend to avoid negativity because it just makes life that much more miserable! (For the both of us). I feel bad for not being a supportive friend but at the same time, I’m like just stop whining and be happy la!
@Bunnyaimee I understand and I do get that people need some sort of outlet. But what if a friend complains ALL the time and is unable to get out of that negative mindset? And they don’t even bother trying to look at things in more positive way. There’s also a limit to what I can take
Sometimes I have good days and sometimes I have bad. Period diary also says my symptoms today will be that I’m irritated, sad, angry, constipated (lol). Anyway I just wanted to remind myself that I am on my own beautiful journey!! Everything will be right in time.
Unpacking my closet and finding ticket stubs, pictures and writing from the past. I’m planning to keep all of them in a box for my grandkids. Also, wouldn’t it be a good idea if I could upload pictures of these things online with accompanying descriptions.
I hate the feeling of anxiousness before I open my email inbox. Thinking about the numbers of emails I have to address...sometimes the anticipation is worse than the actual thing.
