@delonperc @vidxn_ God, this is so much the truth. I have scarred many people with my truth. I even had a therapist sat slack jawed who said, "yeah, that's a lot." And then proceeded to say she couldn't help.

When someone with cPTSD says "You can't handle my truth" they're speaking from a place of experience where things became more complicated when they asked for help. They know, more than anyone, that many can't handle their truth. This isn't a passive statement-it's a factual one.
