When you recognize that growth happens over time, you make the choice to show up, act like a champion, and live like a champion. There are no shortcuts on the path to success. There is no faking it. You've either done the work or you haven't.

I need to feel better
I need my children to feel better
I need energy
I need to work
I need to feel human again
I need for us to be fever free
I need to be creative
BUT REALITY
I need to lie down, just for a little bit longer... 🤕🤒😷🤧
