As a newly retired investor (thanks to you!), of course I have a bunch of questions:

If you are able to scale it, what are the benefits to members vs. shareholders? How would it change the nature of how health care is delivered? What happens to the risk pools of traditional insurance plans if you are wildly successful? How will they respond?
