@LDNLutonAirport Not true that staff are available to help. Staff there on Friday just showed a QR code for affected passengers to scan. This provided no proper helpful information about what is happening or is going to happen or about how to get home.
Anyone else outraged by Luton Airport’s treatment of those affected by the Terminal Two Car Park fire? Was it too much to expect a dedicated customer service desk in the arrival’s hall to give an update on what is happening and what is likely to happen in the coming days?
@BBC_HaveYourSay We have had stories about what our rights are if our flight is cancelled or delayed due to the Luton Airport car park fire. What about providing a what our rights are if our car was on the car park at the time?
If the Government wants to help people with mortgages, why not reintroduce tax relief on mortgage interest payments? Many of the older generation benefitted from such relief. Younger people now need that help.
@KenNeale4 Know of one farmer who based his decision to support Brexit on the fact he didn’t like being told when he could and couldn’t cut his hedges!
@bchesky@Airbnb Thanks Brian - how many Afghans did I pay to house with money you took without providing any service in return? Great charitable achievement - rob the pensioners to house the refugees! Start making refunds for trips made illegal by Covid Regulations. Boycott Airbnb.
@Airbnb Despite the pandemic, or because of it? Refusing refunds for trips made illegal due to Covid regulations, equals taking money for providing nothing. Good way of boosting profits! Boycott Airbnb.
@mrjamesob As other networks have already decided to introduce roaming charges, overall adverse effect on competition will probably mean charges rise anyway. No win to crow about really.
Paid for by the failure to refund customers whose trips could not be taken due to Covid restrictions? - this Company is trying to paint a picture of sainthood which is undeserved.
@EmmaKennedy Questioning of PM/Ministers should be cross examination by Counsel. “That’s very interesting, but could you now answer my question” is a frequent response I have heard to inadequate answers by expert witnesses in administrative tribunals. Not answering is not an option.
