Jeremy Hunt on BBC Breakfast announcing a 20 billion investment in NHS by 2023. To be paid for by a Brexit dividend they currently pay to EU. Their own experts say this doesn't exist and will also raise money by increased taxes. I BET THE RICH WON'T BE TARGETED. WESTMINSTER CRAP.
