@MicrosoftHelps Five separate phone calls, all over one hour long, hung up on me 3x. Three weeks of trying to solve this. What else would you have me do? This should be a simple fix. What if I had a serious issue? Your support systems need fixing.

@MicrosoftHelps after three weeks of trying to simply activate a single license for Ms Visio, 5 hour long support calls, hung up/disconnected 3x, emails, SM posts, I give up. Cancelled subscription and signed up for an Adobe product. Brutal.
