I may not have the best team, nor I have the salary range that I want, pero with the flexibility (and Manager) like this, super saya ko na. Salamat po. 🥹

Super thankful with my Manager for the greatest flexibility I ever had ever since I started working. He allows me to attend my classes (M/T, 6-9pm) kahit na tatamaan yung working schedule ko. He also proposed na i-move yung 9:30pm meeting namin to a slot na convenient for me. 😭

Since na-realize nya na I am attending meetings while driving back to the office from school. He's okay with whatever adjustments I need to make with my shift to manage my time at work and for my personal commitments (including teaching) - as long as I get things done on time.
