@LoganARobison Curious, I had similar exp (UPS Corp Marketing) and motivation own high-leverage tasks. I struggle when those inputs don’t yield immediate impact on biz. Feels like I’m burning money on an ops manager for a relatively infantile biz. However, daily ops would detract from strategy.

@ordonez_adan @jamesonhaslam The one decent AI voice experience I’ve had is with Ford dealership. Knew my customer info, decently fast and understood what I was saying.

However, after a few calls, it became obvious that it had little functionality beyond info gathering. A human always had to call back.
