You buy a Modem from @BestBuy and find out it’s incompatible (even though provider listed on packaging), go to return and they refuse to credit my card (will only issue store credit)…because I was 3 days outside their return policy…..Terrible customer service!
@GetSpectrum@Ask_Spectrum I’ve been a customer for over 30 years…trying to cancel TV services has been unbelievably difficult, multiple long holds, and needless upselling, and still not resolved! Respect your customers and do better, Spectrum.

@TDBank_US really needs to review their customer service policies. Assessed a late charge for an auto pay that was posted 2 days late on a @jordansfurn purchase. For $29 they would rather lose a customer who has spent thousands of $ with them. Jordan’s should find a new vendor!

@JayAshMACP I was banned by the MDC Daly Skating Rink when I was 10 for repeatedly skating the wrong way (against traffic) and being a general pest.... it was a temporary ban and they weren’t wrong!!!
