Pretty shocking experience with @EpsonUK.
Blamed my printer faults on paper, cost me £100+ to prove them wrong.
Now they want £369 to repair a £579 printer for what looks like a manufacturing defect.
Weeks wasted, money wasted, and no real support. Not good enough. Any advice.
