@OpinionistNZ @binoffishery After part of the block going rancid when cutting a bit off for putting on toast, I cut a 5mm slice of the end of the block and wrap it in glad wrap and then break off a bit to soften in the micro wave to put on toast that solved my problem with the end of the block going rancid.
