@Kgreenstien It is still advertising directly to patients. The Australian code allows direct advertising to referring specialists, but not to patients themselves (cf advertising for prescription medications in Australia vs the USA where there are no such restrictions on advertising )

@m_wall Wondering if this could be considered a breach of the TGA advertising code? I've heard that the TGA are actively trying to avoid having a situation like that with medicinal cannabis where they can't get the toothpaste back in the tube.
