@TicketmasterCS 6 minutes is the answer! It took 6 minutes for me to find the first set of spare tickets to go on sale on here. Yet many true fans can’t get a code to give them a chance to buy tickets! Thanks! When will I find out I don’t have code for tomorrow’s sale?

@TicketmasterCS Surely this far down the line the waitlist must be fairly small. Premium tickets not getting sold and people are complaining because the can’t access tickets no one wants to buy. Ridiculous.

@bt_uk trying to get support, the diagnosis bot is useless and says it will get back to you in 10 minutes and 50 minutes later no response. Try calling again press 9 and get told someone will call back but no callback. Great for wfh…

@TicketmasterCS Lost count of the concerts, shows and sports events I have brought over the years, this is a shambles. A process to avoid touts, but the touts are buying up the tickets, reselling for lots more and genuine fans are left waiting to buy tickets when some are available! 😢
