@Billie_T No dodgy finances, £852 million in debt. Psr and scr were suppose to be brought in to stop clubs being at risk. It doesn’t do that, as clubs like Man U, Spurs, Arsenal, Brighton etc are in massive debt. PL way of not letting a Leicester win the league again
