@KCBInKenya I sent money to my Airtel money but it never reflected in my Airtel money wallet. I have talked to Airtel support and the funds aren't available in their system. Receipts provided in DM, kindly check.
@AIRTEL_KE I did 3 transfers from my kcb account to my Airtel money but none has reflected. The transactions are successful from the kcb end. What's the issue?

@KCBInKenya I initiated a transaction on 3rd April via pesalink and my funds went missing. It has been 3 full working days you guys still asking me to be patient. Why should your systems inconvenience your clients? This is so unprofessional!!!
