@RoKhanna@grahamformaine This is absolutely disgusting. You should feel ashamed you put party over country Ro. This guy is a complete and total scum bag liar.
Matt McLain earned a walk by successfully challenging 3 Lance Barrett calls in a single at bat.
Barrett missed 21 calls in the game and had 7 overturned.
I'll be writing about this for NR, but I will lay the Los Angeles situation out here flatly. Pratt didn't lose because of fraud. Pratt lost because, just like Chicago, it's an 80/20 Democratic city. In fact, he seems to have placed exactly where was in the final polls.
The real scandal is what's legal: with a 100% mail-in system, an endless window for ballot counting and legal mechanisms for unions and organizers to harvest (and later "cure") ballots, California's system is a purpose-built black box designed to fuel paranoia. And for no other purpose than that it allows Democratic intra-party battles to become a test of organizing strength for NGOs and unions.
People are right to be angry about the system. But even the way the votes are being counted now makes perfect (albeit disgusting) sense without recourse to claims of "fraud."
Because Spencer Pratt was embarrassing them.
Pratt was pointing out legitimate failures of Democrat leadership and forcing Karen Bass and Nithya Raman onto the defensive.
Raman thought this election was going to be about bike lanes, not homelessness, crime, corruption, and the collapse of basic city services which Pratt made a national spotlight.
Now Raman & Bass will go back to debating bike lanes.
RIP Los Angeles.
This is all bullsh*t. Prior to 2014 California took 48 hours to certify. The Democrats put this system into place deliberately and systematically - NONE of this is "incompetence" or "lack of funds". You can follow the exact legislation Newsom and Brown signed into law to make this happen:
SB 29 (2014): Enacted the "postmark rule" (allowing ballots to arrive 3 days late) and extended the county canvass to 30 days to handle the influx.
AB 187 (2014): Aligned state timelines, giving the Secretary of State until Day 38 to officially certify the results.
SB 589 (2015) & AB 1407 (2017): Established the "ballot curing" framework, forcing counties to notify voters of missing or mismatched signatures and giving them a statutory window to fix them during the canvass.
SB 759 (2018): Standardized the cure timeline, mandating that counties allow voters to cure signature issues up to 2 days before the final certification.
AB 860 / SB 29 (2020–2021): Permanently extended the postmark arrival window to 7 days, further expanding the processing and signature-curing buffer within the 38-day limit.
Proposition 71 (2018): Delayed the effective date of ballot measures until 5 days after the 38-day certification to account for these extended counting and curing windows.
I am a J6er.
Entrapment happened when the doors were opened, and we were let in and given tours while feds in the crowd led the way. Watch video at the 12 sec mark. A black dude is walking against the flow of traffic, saying, "Welcome home, brave men." He was a friend of Ray Epps.
Murder was committed when Michael Byrd shot an unarmed protester, and Lila Morris beat another one to death.
Incitement occurred when the peaceful crowd was fired upon with flashbangs and rubber bullets to the face.
A miscarriage of justice took place when Americans were charged with assault against law enforcement for stopping cops' punches with their face.
Selective prosecution happened when prison sentences were handed down for the same charges $50 tickets were given in the past and afterward.
It was the only Trump rally with no counter protest because ANTIFA disguised themselves as MAGA supporters and initiated the breach.
The double standard and hypocrisy of partisan law occurred when BLM rioters caused over a billion in damages, killed 22, including a cop, and in the end, 95% of the cases were dropped and many got paid.
The cover-up was the sham J6 committee doctoring evidence, then deleting it all.
The Fedsurrection combined all of these and used the riot to stop the reading of election fraud at the Joint Session of Congress.
The Big Lie was and is that it was a free and fair election.
God Bless the J6ers.
He didn't even serve prison time for the previous stabbing.
It's not some weird coincidence that every one of these cases involves a suspect with multiple previous arrests. The violence typically escalates as repeat offenders avoid consequences for their crimes in places like NYC.
