@DVLAgovuk is it possible to apply for a replacement (not renewal) licence at the Post Office? Mine was stolen, and I don’t have a British passport so can’t apply online. There must be an easier way than a postal application + posting in my passport given waiting times!

@passportwaiting child passport renewal just approved this morning, following docs received in Glasgow on 28 September. I have been anxiously following these tweets, so hopefully this helps those stressing about going on half-term holidays
