@British_Airways @nakfonteyne Hi BA this is not completely true. My recent experience is that staff at Terminal 5 are not requesting, they are forcibly telling passengers that their overhead bin luggage must go in the hold or they cannot board the aircraft! This is unacceptable! Even Ryanair doesn’t do this!

Just been told by police officer that if I drove through the no entry sign and up up Hardcastle Street that I would be committing a traffic offence. Police didn’t know what to do. @MatthewOToole2 is this in your constituency?

Positive to see this, Translink staff have been very helpful, my only frustration at the moment is lack of pick up and drop off area, this really needs sorted ASAP from an accessibility viewpoint
