@xrp_mike2805@MarioNawfal I've tried it, but mostly ended up in a messy spin, then learnt how to stand up and spin slowly at a safe rate for an amazing view.
here's a fun one, maybe to remind the non-skydivers that most of us grin like idiots the entire jump:

@PierreChTux@LinuxHandbook Don't ever dual boot as a beginner!
The most likely outcome is that you don't boot one for ages and it is not antivirused (?) when you get back to it or far worse you think it's a good idea to newfs /dev/unusedthing that turns out to be the other os.
This'll make sense later.
@LinuxHandbook 1) learn basic bourne type shells: bash, zsh, or even sh. Never csh. (harmful)
2) Remember: you're not learning Linux unless you're a good C programmer doing kernel development. You're probably learning the GNU userland.
3) RTFM for every daemon running.
4) No rush.
5) Enjoy.
@74gear I think I managed 7 minutes from seat 1A on an A320 to completely outside the airport at Bristol, UK. Carry-on only, run as fast as possible. It's a small airport. Also, at Gibraltar I've managed less than 15 minutes once.
@beardedjourno A slave trade museum to show the city in an honest light and help people from elsewhere understand why things like that statue deserved to be drowned.
Educate people rather than it becoming another place to sell things people probably don't need.
Bizarre coincidences: the spanish chap who just pulled a bunch of fibre optic into my new living room here in Gibraltar has also spent a fair bit of time, like me, in the Marsh St. Phone exchange in Bristol.
It's actually quite small world of people who make the internet happen.
I am so sorry this happened to you, to me, to us.
We were caught up in other people telling us how things were or should be.
We forget the years of travels, the joys we had when we were both not ill, the things we did, and how the lies of others took control.
Understand your emotions, do not be controlled by them, or by the emotions of others. Change for the better, not the worse, compassion not cruelty. You are only then enough, you should feel shame when you have done something shameful.
@HammerToe Wow, it really reminds me of how Tottenham Court Road used to look in the 90s.
I'd heard there was a chip shortage, perhaps buy it all and build a (solar powered?) lab! :)
