The Miracle Fruit That Removes Flouride From The Body

In the language of plant medicine and spiritual healing, sweet tamarind is a teacher of release. Its dense, sticky pulp—sour, mineral-rich and grounding mirrors the way the body and the psyche hold what no longer belongs to them.

Fluoride, in this view, is a symbol of what has been deposited without consent. The calcified residues of external systems, the hardening of intuition, the quiet calcification of the pineal and of the spirit’s free movement.

The studies that show tamarind increasing urinary fluoride excretion and mobilizing stores from bone are, at the physical level, evidence that certain plants can assist the body in returning what was absorbed.

Spiritually, this is the same movement the root and sacral centers ask for an unburdening that restores flow.

Need to read this, it's not long:

[Geri Perna @GeriPerna]

A farmer, tired of rats destroying his crops and stealing his grain, came up with a clever but cruel plan. He threw a dead pig into a deep, abandoned well. Attracted by the smell, nearly 80 rats rushed into the well to feast on the carcass. At first, everything seemed wonderful. There was more than enough food for everyone, and the rats ate until they were satisfied.

But when the food was gone, they discovered something terrifying. The walls of the well were too steep to climb. They were trapped. Days passed, and hunger turned into desperation. Desperation turned into aggression. The rats that had once eaten peacefully beside one another began fighting for survival. Eventually, they began killing and eating each other.

One by one, their numbers dwindled until only a single rat remained. Its eyes were bloodshot, and it had survived by consuming its own kind. Then the farmer returned, lowered a rope into the well, and rescued the last surviving rat. But he didn't save it out of kindness or compassion.

The farmer knew the rat had learned to survive by hunting other rats. When he released it into his fields, it would continue killing its own kind instead of eating his grain. The farmer had turned his enemy into his greatest weapon.

And that is the lesson of divide and conquer. Those who control the trap don't need to fight the battles themselves. They simply create the conditions in which others turn against one another.

The rats believed their enemies were the other rats. They never realized that the true enemy was the farmer who had put them there.

The greatest danger isn't always the enemy standing in front of you. Sometimes it's the one who created the conflict and stands quietly watching you destroy each other.

Before you turn against your neighbor because of their political beliefs, ask yourself who benefits from keeping Americans divided. While we fight each other over Republican and Democrat, we may be overlooking those who profit from the conflict. Perhaps the real question isn't which side you're on, but who built the well—and why they want us fighting at the bottom of it.

Society is only nine meals away from complete disaster, because the just-in-time delivery system holds roughly a three-day buffer. That's not a theory anymore. And here's what should really bother you: this wasn't an accident or a natural disaster. These are trial runs. Test runs. They're calibrating how fast they can snap their fingers and wipe out the food supply of an entire region. Who has that kind of power? You know who.

WHAT IS ONE TRUTH YOU KNOW NOW THAT YOU WISH SOMEONE HAD TOLD YOU AT 18?

I wish someone had told me that you don’t have to lose yourself to be loved, explain yourself to be understood, or prove your worth to be chosen.

That not everyone who enters your life is meant to stay. Some people come to reveal the wounds you still need to heal, the boundaries you need to build, and the parts of yourself you’ve been abandoning just to keep the peace.

You will outgrow people, change your mind, question everything you once believed, and sometimes grieve versions of yourself you thought you’d be forever.

And that’s okay.

You are allowed to become someone your younger self never imagined. You don’t have to have everything figured out. You just have to keep learning, stay honest with yourself, and never stop choosing the person you’re becoming.

Now I want to hear from you.

What is ONE truth life taught you that you wish someone had told you at 18?

Your words might be exactly what someone else needs to hear today.

Big pharma is organised crime. In November 2014, I explained this in an interview that has been seen by half a million people on YouTube. I have now uploaded it on my own website. https://t.co/XIF1dOFH1L. I said that our prescription drugs are the third leading cause of death, after heart disease and cancer. In 2024, I did more detailed studies and found that our drugs are the leading cause of death, and psychiatric drugs alone are the third leading cause of death. We should therefore take far fewer drugs than we take, which would lead to longer and better lives.

YOUR DOG’S AND CAT’S RABIES VACCINES CAN NOW BE SELF-REPLICATING mRNA

Many vets will NOT tell you they’re injecting Merck’s experimental saRNA shots (NOBIVAC NXT) into your pet.

The self-replicating genetic material can likely shed onto human owners.

This must be STOPPED.

🚨What message does this send to every Tennessee landowner who might fire a shot on their own property?

A Monroe County, TN man, Zebulon Trevor Passmore, was on his own property when he fired his handgun into the ground to scare chickens toward the coop.

His neighbor Kelley McDonald heard the shots and called the sheriff.

Deputies showed up and came onto his property to confront him.

Deputy Brian Emberton disarmed him over his objection.

They demanded ID, and deputy Rachel Meyer arrested him when he refused.

Tennessee has no general stop-and-identify law.

No crime was suspected from the shots.

He was charged with "failure to identify".

Charges were later dismissed. He’s now suing the deputies and the county.

Bodycam of the exchange says it all.

❓Why did the deputies escalate a non-criminal situation into an arrest instead of simply documenting the call and leaving?

❓Why does a neighbor’s call about gunshots automatically override a man’s right to be armed on his own land?

❓Did the deputies completely overstep their authority or was taking the gun off his hip allowed for "officer safety"?

Americans are extremely frustrated about the decline of our healthcare system

Many Americans go into their doctor appointment, only to find the doctor doesn’t really do anything anymore

“What are doctors doing nowadays? I'm really confused because I feel like we come into the appointment, you do nothing. We tell you all of our symptoms, you do nothing. We leave the doctor's office, you have done nothing. I paid for the appointment that you did nothing in”

“I go home, I research my symptoms, I basically crowdsource, identify the problem myself. Figure out what it is, I go back into the doctor, pay another copay, then I tell the doctor all these things I've discovered — Literally, primary care physicians, what are you guys doing right now? Because you're not doing anything — I don't know what I'm paying you for”

I’ve also experienced this. I’ve went into an appointment, said my symptoms, they’ve typed it into their iPad type device, and then the device said was was wrong with me

This is getting more and more common and there are multiple systems being used now

- EHR platforms are used to pull up patients history and all their notes
- Dedicated clinical decision support and reference tools are then used like ‘UpToDate.’ Doctors type in symptoms or a clinical question and get evidence-based summaries covering differential diagnoses, recommended workups and treatments
- They are even using new AI tools to listen to the visit and draft notes and some even generate diagnosis and recommendations

If this is what our healthcare system is turning into then anyone with a phone and access to AI can just do the same thing at home. Why even bother going to the doctor and spending a copay
