@scottastevenson Their new launch of Claude for SMB has the same dynamic - 1) what % of owners will opt to use Claude for x themselves, and 2) what % will pay someone to use Claude/API for them (at a reduced ACV and/or enhanced offering)?

Both (1) & (2) are good for Anthropic.
