Day 90 of sucking at ecom.
Launched my first batch of ads EVER on June 27th with my first store.
Picked one of the first products I saw on ads library and ran with it lol.
No ripped ads.
Just Myself. Canva. Higgsfield. And Capcut.
Coming from a sales background, it's cool to see numbers on a screen without having to actually talk to people.
Don't wanna be cringe but i'm "hooked"
Been sitting at that break-even threshold for the entire 90 days and currently struggling to be consistently profitable week over week.
Question for ecom guys...
What was the most underrated lever you pulled to not only increase revenue but profit??
As @spencepawliw and many more of you i'm sure would say "just make better ads".
Is there any other straws of advice I can apply?
