@ScotRail I purchased through the @thetrainline but the delay repay request was emailed from Scot Rail. I’ve given all the details I have including a copy of the receipt but I have no UTN.

@thetrainline it’s not clear which train I can get there doesn’t appear to be any trains that meet this criteria. An alternative route will cost as much as the return ticket. A refund would mean needing to repurchase tickets at twice the price I originally paid. Any options?
