It’s not just those harmed and bereaved by a vaccine calling for reform of the Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme.

Professors, Lawyers, MPs and the UK Covid-19 Inquiry have all raised concerns. You’d be hard-pressed to find anyone arguing the scheme is fit for purpose.

So stop the delay. Act now and implement the reforms recommended by the Covid Inquiry.

⏳ In two weeks, we should know the Government’s response to the Covid Inquiry’s Module 4 recommendations on reforming the Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme.

Will they choose care, compassion and meaningful reform — or will those harmed and bereaved by vaccination once again be left waiting for the recognition and support they deserve?

The vaccine-injured and bereaved deserve better. It’s time for action.

@karinsmyth You mentioned my name during a debate re Vaccine Injury. I have watched the conference but to date I fail to see that HOPE. In the real world all I see and hear dispair from others affected. Please support VDPS reform.

Only 16 days for you to respond to the Covid Inquiry VDPS recommendations. Why keep us waiting it shows a complete lack of care and compassion?

The UK Covid Inquiry found that:

“The current Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme is not sufficiently supportive of those who suffered serious harm as a result of vaccination and requires URGENT REFORM.”

Today marks 24 weeks since the recommendations.

24 weeks!!!!

Yet still no government response. No reform. No apparent urgency.

The Inquiry says it “requires URGENT REFORM”, SO how much longer are those seriously injured and bereaved expected to wait?

@wesstreeting was the first Health Secretary to meet with @VIBUK_Official his successor @jamesmurray_ldn wasn't in post long enough to meet us. Since HOPE seems to the word of the week, here's hoping @YvetteCooperMP remains in post long. enough to meet with us.
