@GilComMedia@ColoradoDOT We just passed a semi at MM 218 that had partially slid off the road and was blocking the right lane. Doesn't explain why we were stopped at MM 220 for over 90 minutes.
@phra_mae_thoran @jaymeamann@ColoradoDOT I don't see anything on the CDOT website about any incident on the Westbound lanes. We've been stopped about 5 miles from the tunnel since 8:15 pm.
@kevfquinn@depthsofwiki I feel your pain. My Instagram account got suspended while I was out of the country, and the 30 days expired before I noticed. I searched all over to find a way to reactivate it (or at least find out why it was disabled), and the only answer I found was that I was SOL.
@museband@theworkofjar I would love to hear The 2nd Law: Unsustainable in Denver on April 4.
I'm probably in a small minority of fans who would put that song at the top of their request list, but it's my all time favorite.
@comcastcares Thanks for acknowledging the comms issues, RB. How long before the "planned" outage was this posted to the MyAccount page? If planned, why is there no estimate for when it will be completed? Just be honest and change the status to unplanned already!
@xfinity @comcastcares some communication on how long you expect this internet outage to last in Broomfield, CO would be appreciated. Your status page just says a planned outage started here at 12:07 am today. A 9+ hour planned outage w/o notifying customers beforehand sucks!
@comcastcares This thread isn't about my internet outage any more, so no need to request a DM from me. It's about the poor communication between Comcast and it's customers regarding this "planned" 12+ hour outage.
@comcastcares The status on the MyAccount page only says, "We're currently performing routine system maintenance. This may cause an interruption to your service. We began work at 12:07 AM, and this is expected to end on as soon as possible."

@comcastcares My internet was just restored, so we don't need to talk about my specific account. But we need to chat about being honest about what is causing an outage.
@comcastcares I'm not happy that my internet is down, but I'd more willing to forgive the outage if there was better communication from Comcast about this major outage in our area. Can you address the communication concern publicly?
