@AngelaMCheung Agree,stories certainly more memorable for me than data. I think there can be some circumstances where it’s ok to share (w/consent, of course) so long as pt’s goals are front and centre-not the dr’s-and occurs after acute illness resolved/improved-not right it the middle of it.
