@SW_Help 5pm..9pm… and now guess what 9.30pm and I we’re still stuck on a slow train well over an hour past the time we should have been home. Don’t worry though, I’m a season ticket holder so will be paid about £2 for my troubles. And it’s freezing. Can’t blame @SW_Help for the weather
@SW_Help To be fair anyone planning on travelling with you ever should allow an extra couple of hours for the inevitable signalling failures or whatever #absolutebunchofclowns
@SW_Help Well I will but I’ll get £2 or so.. It’s not the delay that pisses everyone off, it’s the lack of comms. Why couldn’t you announce before it departed that you would be skipping stops. Why did the board just say “delayed” right up til it left. And why was it late from the depot??
@SW_Help Standard clown behaviour from SWR. An already appalling service is now getting worse. As usual mixed messaging on apps as to whether some trains will or won't run so people are left without clarity.
