My uncle passed away from cancer when I was 16 years old.
I’ve since spent 100’s of hours researching how to avoid and fight cancer naturally.
Here’s what I found:
Meanings of “can you put that in an email?”
-I haven’t listened to a word
-I did listen but I’ve already forgotten
-I took it all in but I’ll definitely forget later
-If it’s in an email it’ll be much easier to ignore
-I don’t really trust you so I’ll need it in writing
Levels of saying “I want to leave”:
1. Sitting on edge of sofa
2. Looking at watch
3. Saying “is that the time?”
4. Slapping thighs
5. Saying “right”
6. Placing mug near sink
7. Putting on coat
8. Saying “right” again
You’re staying for at least another hour at this point.
About 6 months ago, I turned off every single notification on my phone. Nothing lights up my screen now.
Looking at others doing it, I used to think "fuck no, I obviously need to be able to see at least whatsapp. and maybe work emails..."
Here's the difference it made 🧵
Mental abuse is real. I started reading some of the #MaybeHeDoesntHitYou tweets and got flashbacks. 😓 Nobody deserves any of that. Remember to put yourself first. #MaybeHeDoesntHitYou but constantly saying it means the abuse is somewhere else. Abuse isn't always physical.
Feel so content with my life right now! Made a delicious roast dinner in my new kitchen earlier, now I’m sipping wine by the fire with all the candles lit & Harry Potter on the telly, while Will is warming up the chocolate pudding 😋 so happy & cosy 🍂✨🔥🧡
