Who else is having issues with @KLM ?!
My luggage has been missing for 3 weeks and there are still no updates !! I keep getting the same responses.. "remain patient" 💀 "our team is looking into it" "I'm waiting for a response from another department"

@KLM after 7 weeks ... I've been told to put a claim for lost baggage. And asked for my bank details for compensation.. so does this mean KLM has given up and are no longer looking?! No amount of money will compensate for my belongings!!
Who else is having to go through this !!
