I use MyEd, as we are highly encouraged to do "continuous reporting" for parents and students. In 8-9, I make my own "special codes", but need help for 10-11

@_Ms_J I do a big inquiry in Grade 11 SS, but they still need LOTS of scaffolding and direction. I label it as inquiry, but it is still quite guided research. My goal is to prepare them for post-secondary assignments (most are headed in that direction).

@nico1e @BCECTA Details that you can "buy back" your pension - although it could also be local specific. Generally, newer teachers are ones also possibly starting families or taking various leaves, so it's good to know those details

If ever students are overwhelmed & uncertain, these techniques, structures, & protocols should be examined.

Striking a balance, being reflective & responsive are key.
