@FedExCanada 3- to give me any information telling me I can just call back the customer service line again and hung up the phone. THIS WAS THE ESCALATION TEAM and I cannot believe the accusation, blame and lack of accountability on FedEx as well as the extreme rude
@FedExCanada 2- customer service rep who proceeded to tell me it was my fault in condescending manner. I did not like her tone & asked to speak to her manager where she said there was no one there. I then asked for her name and employee number where she refused
@FedExCanada 1-I dropped off two parcels at a drop off location. They mixed up the labels & now the packages to be returned are at two different locations. I called your customer service line & the escalated the issue. I just received a call back from the most rude female
7. @Bell your techs mess up my line, you send me out to get a modem, I do. I spend more hours on the phone, literally my last day before starting work with no resolution. Ppl work from home & need services to not be cut!
1. @Bell I have spent over 7 hours of my last day of mat leave trying to get internet. Called, troubleshooting to be told I need a new modem. Pack baby head to store get modem. It doesnโt work. Call again & told tech needs to come & will be two daysโฆ.

@CityNewsTO Very tragic indeed, but why are we hearing about this a year later as we approach one of the busiest travel months of the year with families? Many have already booked and this information would be better a year ago to help.
