Idk how I ended up on nurse TikTok, but I’m loving it! Lol testing my brain. Though I’m not a nurse my medical terminology skills are better than I thought. I learned how to understand clinicals early in my career and it’s definitely helped so much.

It really seems to amaze me that people really wanted Ella & Ty to win. The same guy who disrespected Ella & other females all season long. A woman who is falling for a narcissist. I feel for Ella, but all the signs are there & she’s choosing to stay with him. That is not a win.

The more I work in social work, the more I realize how f*up the system is. Especially for seniors ! We work our ass off to live off “retirement” but that does nothing for the average person per year. And don’t get me started on community assistance programs, they are just as bad.

Remember when my old boss at my old job wouldn’t approve my pto for an entire yr in my promotional position? After being with the company for 4 yrs?? My current boss just approved my 10 day req even though I don’t have enough hrs & is letting me use 3 float days before my pto.
