I can talk on and on about how horrible the medicalization of childbirth is, and this is one of those things. People in labour need to eat- it literally helps the whole thing go smoother, but yet we can’t for the doctor’s connivence. Absolute bullshit for the labouring person.

I just saw a TikToker saying how her red flag is that she doesn’t know how to make friends and I’ve never related to anything more. I’m also really bad at keeping them because I’m a horrible texter. I don’t even realize how many days go by until suddenly I’m in the new year.
