Went from barely qualifying for the Indoor 5k at MAC sophomore year to qualifying for Regionals in not one, but two events, to making the National meet in my absolute favorite event - the 10k! It is truly incredible what years of hard work mixed with self belief can do.

Today Ben Kendell, Megan O’Neil, & Stephanie Sherman all earned their Olympic Trials Qualifying times at @runSRA_CIM This brings the @HansonsDistProj total to TEN Qualifiers (5 men and 5 women). The standards are tougher than ever (2:18 men & 2:37 women) but so are we.
