We flew on @AmericanAir for the first time in 10+ years this week and we were REALLY impressed with the service, efficiency, and comfort. Air Canada could learn from their example. AA, please offer direct flights YYZ-MCO in the future! ✈️

@cogecohelps I’ve been a loyal customer since 2008 - we upgraded to UltraFibre 1G and have had multiple outages per week. Phone support usually tells us there’s “no issue” and sometimes believes us. Techs have been here 4 times. We got a new router/modem. Nothing helps. 1/2
