The rack after it fell on my daughter And it was put back upright in a too busy store. All bags were on one side it’s wobbly and lopsided. @bathbodyworks

My daughter is now in urgent care after VIP bag rack fell in store that had too many customers and all bags on one side of rack. Unsafe Bath & Body and store manager at Fox Valley completely unhelpful and difficult. @bathbodyworks

Went to DQ in Montgomery IL today with a gift card. Told after ordering, quite rudely, that corporate says no gift cards. Not told prior, no signs. asked what would be done and was told “nothing” that I “wasn’t inconvenienced” told I could go. I did. Horrible. @DairyQueen
