@MTA Bus 2458 the X27 did not stop on East 13 and 3rd. This is a detour stop and I then had to pay for a cab to catch the bus at Broadway and Walker. Driver was belligerent and not nice and almost went past that stop. 5:02 pm

@NYCTBus No I am on a bus and almost 30 minutes late for work. You can’t have a reroute and not have buses follow that. Maybe share the reroutes with the drivers!

@MTA Express buses are all messed up in Bay Ridge. No X37 for over 35 minutes. Why reroute buses and not tell anyone? Now my bus is packed and I will be late for work. Do something instead of having your personnel standing around dumbstruck!

@NYCTBus On Oliver and Shore. Some buses are still on Shore Road, others were on Marine and no one was directing people and no signs anywhere! Is putting up signs that challenging or actually following the alerts posted? It can’t be both ways!

@NYCTBus Shore Road and Oliver Street. Reroute stop should be Marine Ave and Oliver Street. Confused people were waiting on Marine and Colonial Road and some buses went down Shore Road when they were supposed to be detoured. Signs would be helpful!

@MTA Hey! The construction taking place along Shore Rd in Bklyn and the lack of signs or people to indicate where the X27/x37/B16 bus is stopping is appalling. Do better. Tell all those people in the SUVs to direct people! Going your way? Not today!
