@PureFoodUK my drink was snatched from my hand at the counter at Victoria branch by a strange man. The barista said “for Christ’s sake I’m not making you another one”. I had waited 10 mins and my train was in 3 mins so I had to go. Paid 3.97 for rudeness. Not cool.
